SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After an order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
We offer Free Tracked Shipping to the United States.
Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days after processing.
ISRAEL SHIPPING
Shipping costs to Israel are displayed at checkout.
Estimated transit time: 7–20 business days after processing.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
TRACKING
Tracking information may require several business days to begin showing updates after the order has shipped.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please review the tracking information and contact us through our Contact Form. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
